Salchichon Iberico de Bellota is the most efficient cured sausage made with 100% Iberico pork meat and pepper (not with paprika, like chorizo). Its consistent red color is darker than in regular salchichon. Made with pure Iberico breed pork meat, acorn fed, is widely known for its “good fat” that helps to scale back heart disease risk. The standard of this Salchichon is in response to the Iberico breed quality. These pigs live in La Dehesa, a Mediterranean forest where holm and cork oaks provide their easiest diet.
